These terms apply when you use this website or buy AI Motion Graphics Skill (the "Skill") from Virex Explains ("Virex", "we", "us"). By buying or using the Skill you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't buy it.

1. What you're buying

The Skill is a downloadable package of instructions, tools, drawing kits, sound effects and sample reels that runs inside an AI agent such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor and makes animated explainer videos, rendered on your own computer. It is delivered as a download through Gumroad. It is not a hosted service and does not include an AI subscription or a voice service.

2. What you need

To use the Skill you need a paid plan for a supported AI agent (Claude Code, Codex or Cursor), a computer that can run free tools such as Node.js, ffmpeg and Python, and, for the voice, your own Fish Audio or ElevenLabs account or your own recordings. You are responsible for those subscriptions, their usage and fees, and for following their terms. Each video uses your AI plan's usage. Results depend on the AI agent and model you use, so output quality and speed can vary.

3. Payment

The price is shown on the site and charged once, through Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record and may add taxes for your country. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

4. Your licence

The full licence is the LICENSE.txt file included with the Skill. In short:

• You may make videos with the Skill for yourself, your company and paying clients, change the Skill for your own use, and install it on the computers you personally use.
• You may not resell, share, publish or give away the Skill, in whole or in part, changed or unchanged, or build a competing video tool, app, template pack, course or service out of its files.
• The sample reels included with the Skill are there to learn from. Don't repost them as your own.
• One purchase covers one person. Teams should buy one copy per person who uses it.

We may end your licence if you break these rules. If that happens you must stop using the Skill and delete your copies.

5. The videos you make

You own the videos you create with the Skill and may post, sell and monetise them, including for clients, with no credit needed. You are responsible for what you make, including its facts, the images and voices you use, and the terms of any service you connect: the content must not infringe anyone's rights (including copyright, trademarks and likeness), break platform rules or be unlawful.

6. Updates and support

Your purchase includes all future updates to the Skill for as long as we continue to develop and sell it. Updates are delivered through the same Gumroad download. We offer help by email for installation and setup issues on a best-effort basis.

7. No refunds

The Skill is digital content that you can download and use immediately after purchase, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where the law of your country requires one. By completing checkout you agree that delivery starts right away and that you give up any right to cancel once the download is available, where the law allows this.

If something doesn't work, email virexexplains@gmail.com and we'll help you fix it. If you were charged twice by mistake, contact us and we'll correct it.

8. No guarantees of results

Follower counts and growth shown on this site (for example 43K Instagram followers in 8 weeks) are from our own account and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your niche, the topics you choose, how often and how consistently you post, your audience, and how each platform's algorithm treats your content, all of which are outside our control. Buying the Skill does not guarantee any number of followers, views, income or brand deals.

9. Disclaimer

The Skill is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that it will be error-free or work with every version of every third-party tool.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Skill, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one on this page on the day you bought. We'll change the date at the top when we update it.
